Role Overview
As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer at Rudlyn, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade marketing automation solutions for a portfolio of global clients spanning retail, finance, and technology sectors.
You will architect scalable journeys, build custom AMPscript and SQL automations, and serve as a trusted authority within cross-functional client teams. This is a high-impact role with direct client exposure and significant ownership over complex, long-running engagements.
Working alongside Rudlyn's strategic consultants, you'll shape how global brands leverage SFMC to deliver personalised, data-driven customer experiences at scale — and have a meaningful voice in how our Martech practice evolves.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex journey automations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- Write AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and API-based integrations for dynamic content and data management.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops with enterprise clients across time zones.
- Review and mentor junior developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to platform best practices.
- Coordinate with data teams on audience segmentation, CDP integrations, and cross-channel orchestration.
- Produce technical documentation, solution design documents, and post-implementation reports for client stakeholders.
- Contribute to Rudlyn's internal knowledge base and help shape our SFMC practice methodology.
